Newest Stars of Our Family!

Big news! We’re thrilled to welcome the newest members of our GS Cash Advance family! Our trainees have joined us across all branches, and we can’t wait to share their journey as they grow, learn, and shine alongside us.

Their first days have been nothing short of inspiring. On Day One, they kicked off with our Head of Collections and our seasoned Business Developer both with over a decade of experience who walked them through our company’s history, growth story, and the journey that brought us here today. Later, they met with our CEO, who shared our goals, vision, and ambitions for the future.

Day Two was all about understanding the digital world of GS Cash Advance. Our Digital Marketing Officer guided them through the ins and outs of our online presence, while HR introduced them to the code of conduct, daily operations, and essential dos and don’ts.

By Day Three, the trainees got hands-on insights from our Collections Officers, Compliance team, and Legal Assistant, learning the practical and vital parts of our operations.
